So I am editing this as we had another job booked with Maynor for the backyard to grade, level, re-seed, fertilize, pretty much a make over for our back yard. It's been 2 weeks now since he finished the job and the backyard is filling in AMAZING with the grass. We did have weeds here and there although that is due to OUR EXISTING yard ALREADY having weeds. Once the grass grows in more thick, we will be doing a post emergent to get rid of whatever weeds there is.

I also cut about a 4x16 ft of asphalt to be filled with soil and loam (which wasn't part of the original agreement) although Maynor did his best to make it work! Like stated earlier, I would totally recommend Maynor and his crew if you're looking for a hard working landscaper.

Remember, putting down seed and fertilizer is the job, we also have to do our job to make sure the grass we want grows.
